RETURNS

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return your product, please contact [email protected]to obtain a return code confirmation before you proceed with your return shipment.

Items can be returned within 45 days after purchase, if the item(s) have not been installed, there are no cut wires, and is in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs must be covered by customer and a tracking number must be provided to [email protected]. The customer is responsible for the returned merchandise until it is received by our warehouse staff.

Once confirmed, a refund will be issued at the original price paid. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Items received as damaged or defective must be reported to [email protected] within 15 days after purchase. You will then be issued a defective/damaged confirmation code.

If your return is due to a valid product defect, we will pay for the return shipping.

Defective part: The replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.

Non-repairable product: We will proceed with exchange once we have received and inspected your defective item at our warehouse.

**NOTE: A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Norburn Lighting and Bath Centre will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.**

FINAL SALE/SPECIAL ORDERS

We cannot accept returns on products marked Final Sale (or any variation that indicates a final sale).

Products that were special ordered (non-stocked item) are subject to a restocking fee.
