We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, self-starters and motivated in fostering substantial market expansion in Burnaby, BC to join our company as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. We need someone who has a strong work ethic and is customer service oriented.

Our expectations:

• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, architects and builders.
• Identify new opportunities and prospect new customers within the design market.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Visit job sites as needed to provide customer services.
• Make sales presentations to new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present quotations.
• Work closely with sales support specialists, project coordinators and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who is highly motivated
• Knowledge of lighting products as well as electrical and ID drawings is considered an asset
• Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Must have proficient knowledge of Computers/Microsoft office programs
• Motivated team player with strong written and organizational skills and computer skills

Our employees enjoy health and dental benefits in addition to a base pay plus incentive compensation plan and other company perks. Our salary range for this position is between $55,000/year and $70,000/year plus commission depending on experience.
