My wife and I recently purchased some lighting from Norburn and while we were in the store had excellent customer service despite the store being exceptionally busy. When we arrived to our home on the Sunshine Coast and unpacked the one of the boxes one of the pieces was missing. We called Norburn and they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and immediately shipped us a new piece. Truly grateful for the exceptional experience and customer service.
